Taekwondo generally favors kicks for their longer reach and greater power. Punches are used, but to a lesser degree. Learn serious self-defense and increase confidence while improving your fitness level and reducing stress.

How do I get started?
Come try a free class! This is the best way to get a feel for Taekwondo. There are several classes each week. See our schedule for a list of days and times. Please call to schedule an intro class today!
What should I wear/bring?
Loose fitting exercise clothing with gym, wrestling or boxing shoes (non skid soles only).
What if I want to sign up?
Sign up information is explained in person. This will be covered the day you try a class or you may also stop by our school and one of our staff members will be happy to assist you.
Do I need previous martial arts experience or to be in great shape?
Definitely not! This is an easily learned system not based on traditional training styles. In regards to being in shape – you’ll get there!
